Month 1
Understanding the Pattern
Using Laura’s Inner Child Subconscious Work, we trace the beliefs and protective responses to the root cause, and rewire them through Reparenting. You will begin to see a reduction in the intensity and frequency of your triggers, as well as a new confidence.

Month 2
Working With the Response
You learn to recognize your nervous system’s cues earlier and use practical regulation tools when you feel activated, shut down, or overwhelmed. The aim is to create enough space between the trigger and your reaction that a different choice becomes possible.

Month 3
Practice A New Way
We apply the work to your real life: boundaries, communication, relationships, confidence, and decisions. Through rehearsal, reflection, and practical exercises, you begin responding from self-trust rather than automatically falling back into people-pleasing, withdrawal, or overthinking.
I created the Inner Empower Method after nearly 30 years of searching for answers across five countries.
I grew up around addiction and carried the effects of abandonment, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment into adulthood. Even while succeeding as a Managing Director on Wall Street, I could see that achievement had not changed the patterns underneath.
My own healing, my work alongside families carrying profound grief, and my studies in the Master’s in Clinical Psychology program at Pepperdine showed me that no single approach held the whole picture. Insight mattered. So did the subconscious mind, the nervous system, and what happened in everyday life after the session ended.
Inner Empower brings those pieces together in a structured method designed to help you understand your patterns, work with your responses, and make different choices when it matters.

Frequently Asked Questions
My studies in the Master’s in Clinical Psychology program at Pepperdine inform my understanding of human behavior, but my work with clients through Inner Empower is coaching. We focus on recognizing the patterns showing up in your daily life and use subconscious, nervous-system, and practical tools to help you respond differently.
The Free Breakthrough Audit helps us determine whether the program is appropriate for what you need.
Absolutely. In fact, most of my clients are "Therapy Graduates." You likely have a PhD in your own problems, but your nervous system and subconscious hasn't caught up to your conscious brain yet. We aren't here to talk about your story again; we’re here to change the way your body lives it.
If you’re self-aware but stuck, this work may be the next step you've been looking for.
The work is paced with care. You will not be pushed to disclose more than you want to or move faster than feels manageable. I adapt the tools and pace to you, and we focus on helping you stay present rather than forcing you through overwhelm.
Everyone’s journey is unique, but most clients start feeling a "lightness" and a shift in their daily regulation within the first few weeks. You may begin noticing small but meaningful shifts first: recognizing a trigger sooner, recovering more steadily after a difficult interaction, communicating more directly, or holding a boundary you would once have abandoned.
Over the three months, we build on those moments through reflection, regulation tools, and real-life practice. What changes, and how quickly, depends on the person, the patterns involved, and the work they bring to the process.
